Introducing the M2, featuring our custom Medium-Sized Air Suspended Space Frame Chassis (ASC), purpose-built for the M2 body. Unlike conventional buses in this category that utilize ill-fitting medium box truck chassis, our ASC chassis eliminates issues like misalignment, poor center of gravity, and subpar driving characteristics. Leveraging insights from our full-sized ASC chassis, we've engineered a tailored mid-sized chassis for the M2, delivering outstanding results in performance and comfort.

The ASC chassis features a meticulously designed system with six air suspension bellows, two in the front and four in the rear. These bellows, combined with precision leveling valves, maintain an optimal ride height for superior handling and comfort. Our advanced valves dynamically adjust air pressure, accommodating various passenger or cargo loads. Complementing this innovative suspension system, the ASC chassis includes six strategically placed dual-acting shock absorbers engineered to effectively counteract vibrations and impacts during compression and tension phases, ensuring a smoother ride.

Additionally, two longitudinal torsion rods enhance stability, control, and traction, expertly absorbing axle forces. This minimizes vibrations and prolongs the lifespan of critical driveline components. Multiple Engine Options

Retarder / Intarder System

As an optional feature, retarders can be utilized effectively during extended descents to alleviate the load and stress on the primary brake system. This improvement not only enhances the overall safety of the vehicle but also extends the lifespan of the brake discs.

Dual Acting Shock Absorbers

Six dual-acting telescopic shock absorbers collaborate seamlessly with the air suspension system, enhancing comfort and driving dynamics. They minimize body roll, enhance tire contact, traction, and overall handling performance.

SAFETY

Automatic Transmission

The M2 offers the versatility of selecting an automatic transmission gearbox, presenting you with the choice between our Allison and ZF Ecolite options. This automatic transmission not only simplifies the operation of the bus but also delivers benefits such as improved fuel efficiency and reduced maintenance costs.ses.

ECASS System

The M2 features the Electronically Controlled Air Suspension System (ECASS), which maintains a consistent and ideal ride height in response to varying incline and recline conditions. Furthermore, it provides the convenient capability to lower (kneel) when stationary, enhancing passenger safety during boarding and disembarking.

Full Disc Brake System

The M2 is equipped with a braking system comprising four disc brakes. In contrast to traditional drum brakes, disc brakes provide enhanced stopping capability, improved heat dissipation, and greater precision in braking feedback and control.

Electronic Speed Limiter

The Electronic Speed Limiter is a specialized system crafted to govern and restrict the maximum speed at which the bus can operate. This technology is dedicated to enhancing safety by effectively preventing the bus from surpassing speed limits, thus minimizing the associated risks of speeding.

Air Suspension

The M2 features a suspension system with four dual air-bellowed struts, both in the front and rear. This air suspension delivers exceptional comfort, providing a smooth, vibration-absorbing ride akin to floating.

Anti-Lock Braking System

Longitudinal Torsion Rods

Our core axle and suspension system features two longitudinal torsion rods, enhancing stability, control, and traction.
